Bella Nasibyan, a journalist for the RusNews portal, was detained on September 1 in Rostov-on-Don for promoting the symbols of an extremist organization.

Nasibyan was detained in the early morning of September 1 near the kindergarten where she was taking her child.

The reason for the detention was a photo posted on her Instagram, in which the “Smart Voting” sticker was slightly visible.
