A journalist was detained in Rostov-on-Don because of a post about “Smart Voting”

Igor Khoroshilov, a journalist of the local publication Golos, was detained. The reason for the detention was the publication about “Smart Voting” on his Facebook.

Because of this publication the journalist is charged with distribution of extremist materials.
