Court again fined Twitter, Telegram, Facebook for refusing to remove banned information

The court in Russia once again fined Twitter, Telegram and Facebook for refusing to remove prohibited information at the request of Roskomnadzor.

Twitter was fined 5 million rubles ($68,800), Telegram 9 million rubles ($123,840) and Facebook 21 million rubles ($288,960).

Twitter was fined more than 45 million rubles ($619,200), Telegram more than 35 million rubles ($481,600) and Facebook more than 90 million rubles ($1,238,400) over the entire period.
