Blocking VPNs in Russia

Roskomnadzor started blocking VPN-service Red Shield

Earlier Roskomnadzor blocked HolaVPN, ExpressVPN, Nord VPN, Speedify VPN, Opera VPN and a number of other VPN services.
Blocking led to problems with access to streaming services (Twitch), various sites (Avito) and games (World of WarShips).
