A deputy of the City Council was detained by force at a polling station in Omsk

Dmitry Petrenko was detained in Omsk. According to media reports, he was filming as Rosgvardia officers were brought to polling station #264 and then filming members of the commission at polling station 307. There he was attacked by police officers and told he had no right to film.
They tried to take away his phone to erase the video. They twisted my arm. I had to throw the phone to another person. They grabbed my arm and dragged me toward the exit. I couldn’t resist.
