In St. Petersburg the police used a choking hold on a candidate for deputy of the Legislative Assembly

In St. Petersburg, at polling station No. 1459, police officers used a chokehold on candidate for the Legislative Assembly Nikita Sorokin, who had called the police about the loss of unused ballots.

The video footage shows the police officers pulling Sorokin, later, one of the officers starts strangling the candidate.

Later Sorokin announced in social networks that he is disabled of the second group.
