In Moscow, a minor was found from a photo and detained for participating in the campaign for fair elections on September 20

On September 25, a minor was detained at Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station in Moscow for participating in a rally on September 20.

The young man was told that he was found from a photograph and that he was supposedly wanted.

They took him to the police room and held him for more than three hours, more than the law allows. Despite the fact that his mother came to pick him up, she was told that they would only hand him over to those who were looking for him.

Nikita Spivak, OVD-Info’s lawyer, came to his aid, after which the young man was released.
