The list of programs for mandatory installation already includes many programs, including: “ICQ”, “My Office”, “Gosuslugi”, “Marusya voice assistant” and others.
The law on mandatory pre-installation of Russian software on smartphones, computers and televisions was adopted in November 2019, but did not come into force until April 2021.
