According to human rights defenders, the video depicts the abuse of Roman Gurtov, who has already been released from custody.
The video, taken on February 18, 2020, shows the prisoner lying on a bed with bandages tied to his legs, two men pushing his legs back, another man unbuttoning his pants and pulling out his penis. Then the video disappears, leaving only the audio recording. In the recording, the prisoner can be heard crying and begging to stop.
Earlier, in early October Gulagu.net already published several videos with rape and torture of inmates in Saratov TB hospital. At that time, the head of Saratov TB hospital, his deputy Sergey Salov, as well as Anton Bochkov and Sergey Maltsev were fired.
