More than 31,000 new cases per day of coronavirus were detected in Russia for the first time since the pandemic began

Over the past 24 hours, Russia has recorded the maximum number of people sickened by coronavirus infection since the beginning of the pandemic – 31,299 people. The total number of people sick in Russia reached 7,892,980.

Also in Russia the maximum daily mortality from coronavirus infection was updated – 986 people. A total of 220,315 people have died since the beginning of the pandemic.
