The population census began in Russia on October 15.
Earlier censuses were conducted twice – in 2002 and 2010.
It will be possible to take part in the census as online on the site of state services, as well as in a traditional way at census sites.
In general, the census will be completed on November 14, but in hard-to-reach areas it will last until December 20.
The first results will be summed up at the end of 2021 and the final results by 2022.
