In the Moscow region, bloggers and journalists who documented election violations were searched

Around 8 am in Korolev near Moscow, law enforcement officers searched the home of blogger Igor Grishin and then came to the home of journalist Roman Ivanov, both of whom were documenting election violations.

It is not yet clear for what purpose the searches were carried out. Presumably, the search of Grishin’s house is being carried out in connection with the attack on him on September 19-20.

According to OVD-Info, a statement to the police about this attack was written against Grishin himself, which was the reason for the search.

The law-enforcers also came to journalist Roman Ivanov: they said they had a search warrant and now threaten to start breaking down his door.

Roman was also attacked during the election: unknown persons came to the Territorial Election Commission and attacked him. It is still unclear what caused the search.
