The Interior Ministry issued a wanted notice for a former prisoner, Sergei Savelyev, who gave Gulagu.net a video of rapes in a Saratov prison hospital.
It is not known under which article Saveliev is wanted.
After the video of torture was published in October, several criminal cases were opened and the hospital management was fired.
According to Saveliev, at Pulkovo Airport at the check-in desks, men in plain clothes threatened him for cooperating with Gulagu.net with a new case and possible murder in prison.
Saveliev is now in France awaiting political asylum.
