The relatives of the dead woman said they were asked for 7,000 rubles to transport the body to the morgue.
Later, Anton Marchenko, head of the department for cooperation with law enforcement agencies, arrived and said the situation was under control and the morgue would take the woman’s body.
In connection with the incident, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs started a check-up.
