The prosecutor’s office demanded that a suspended sentence be changed to a real one for a teenager who threw snowballs at an FSB car

The prosecutor’s office demanded that the five-year suspended sentence be changed to seven years of imprisonment for 17-year-old Gleb Borisov.

Previously, he was found guilty of using violence against law enforcement officers and intentional damage to property and sentenced to five years of probation and payment of 427 thousand rubles to the military unit of the FSB to repair the car.

According to investigators, Borisov kicked two Rosgvardia officers and also threw snowballs at an FSB car. Borisov’s father said that at the trial the Rosgvard officers admitted that they felt no pain and accepted an apology.
