The Supreme Court of Russia transferred consideration of the criminal case of former Governor of Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal to the Moscow region.
The court granted the request of the General Prosecutor’s Office to transfer the case to the Lyubertsy City Court of the Moscow Region.
