A resident of Stavropol received a suspended sentence because of a comment in the social network VKontakte

A resident of Stavropol was sentenced to a year and a half of probation for a comment in the social network “VKontakte”.

Oktyabrsky district court of Stavropol found the defendant guilty of public calls for extremist activities because of the comment posted in “VKontakte”.

According to investigators, the accused left a comment “in which there are linguistic and psychological signs of incitement to violence against members of a group of persons identified by nationality – Jews.

The defendant pleaded guilty.
