In Norilsk about 120 people spent the night in the city center of culture because of a heavy snowstorm.
Visibility was practically zero, and the wind strength in some places reached 27 m/s.
People were provided with water and tea.

To coordinate actions in such situations, the headquarters “Storm” was created. At the regular meeting of the headquarters it was proposed to lay down funding to provide hot drinks and sandwiches to people in such situations.
