The Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Justice asked the Prosecutor General’s Office to open a criminal case for torture against a jazz pianist detained in Kazakhstan

The day before, a video surfaced on the Internet in which a battered man admits that he participated in street riots for $200. Social media users and relatives recognized the man as Vikram Ruzakhunov, a jazz pianist.
