Roman Shchukin, 38, lived with Elena, 41. This morning Elena came home and found her 15-year-old daughter raped and Roman drunk. Officers arrived and found the suspect in a tree.

In order to remove the suspect, they had to call the EMERCOM with a fire ladder. The suspect is already being questioned at the police station.
