The student who carried out the shooting at Perm University was found sane

The student Timur Bekmansurov, who opened the shooting at Perm University, was found sane after a comprehensive psychological and psychiatric examination; he is facing a life sentence.

Bekmansurov opened fire at Perm University on September 20.
As a result, six people died and 47 more were injured. The students were jumping from the windows of the second floor to save themselves.

Bekmansurov had previously been charged with murder of two or more persons, attempted murder, and attempted murder of a law enforcement officer.
