Roskomnadzor demanded that independent media remove publications about Alexei Navalny’s investigations.

Among the publications demanded to be removed are materials about “Putin’s palace”, the investigation “He is not Dimon to you”, about the real estate of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and others.

The Prosecutor General’s Office letter of January 29 states that the media “disseminate materials of an organization whose activities are banned in Russia.

Meduza, Dozhd, Novaya Gazeta, Znak, Ekho Moskvy, Svobodnye Novosti and Vesma received the regulator’s orders.

“Meduza” has already removed the publications under the threat of blocking the site.
