Latvian Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins said that Russian troops are already on the territory of Donbass.

Karinsh’s information was confirmed to CNN by two sources connected to U.S. intelligence. A high-ranking U.S. official familiar with the latest intelligence, whose name the network did not disclose, said that Russia has deployed one to two so-called battalion tactical groups, each averaging 800 men.

According to the information at my disposal, Putin is moving additional forces and tanks to the occupied territories of Donbass.Krisjanis Karins
