Earlier, other steps were taken to get Russia to admit guilt and pay compensation. However, official Moscow refuses to take the blame for the loss of the plane, saying it does not trust the international investigation. Moscow blames Ukraine for the Boeing’s death, but does not give its own clear version of what happened on July 17, 2014.
