Russia and Ukraine have already conducted two prisoner exchanges. The Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in her reply.

Zakharova did not specify when, from Moscow’s point of view, the prisoner exchanges took place and how many people were exchanged.

The Kremlin also did not provide details of the exchange. Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov reassigned the issue of the prisoner exchange to the Defense Ministry.

The first prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine was reported last week. Nine Russian soldiers were allegedly exchanged for the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.
