According to Krasichkov, the bailiffs stated that he did not work 34 hours of the 72 hours of compulsory work assigned to him.
When asked by the activist about how the bailiffs knew about this, they said that Center “E” had given them information about the billing of Krasichkov’s mobile phone.
From this, it allegedly became clear that he was not at the place of work.
At the same time, the bailiffs sent the decision to end the enforcement proceedings to Krasichkov on November 23, 2021.
On March 25, this decision was canceled, and the enforcement proceedings were resumed (both documents are at the disposal of OVD-Info).
Compulsory work for Krasichkov was assigned in June 2021 due to the fact that he allegedly did not pay child support.
The activist believes that in this way they tried to prevent him from participating in the elections – he was nominated for the Lipetsk City Council.
In June 2021, Dmitry Krasichkov was searched in the case of fraud (part 2 of article 159.5 of the Criminal Code), after which he is in the status of a suspect.
The investigation believes that after the road accident, he indicated in the documents for receiving insurance payments parts of the car that were not damaged.
The social activist published an audio recording of a conversation with the head of the E Center, who was present during the search.
At it, the security official said that Krasichkov would be convicted before the elections.
Krasichkov was later denied registration for the elections.
In February 2022, Dmitry Krasichkov was attacked after he participated in the recording of a video message to President Vladimir Putin about various problems in the city.
In March, a case was opened against Krasichkov under the article on violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules (part 1 of article 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to the police, the activist was ill with the coronavirus, but met with the residents of the city and recorded a video message to Putin against the construction of the private sector in high-rise buildings.
