Ukrainians must be under arrest until June 25.
The investigation believes that the head of the trade union posted on the Internet calls for protests against employees of courier services and taxis.
On April 25, security forces came to search Ukraintsev’s apartment.
On that day, about thirty protesters came to the office of the Delivery Club, opposing the reduction in wages for the order.
More than ten people were detained.
The next day, Ukraintsev was charged under the “Dadin” article about repeated violations of the rules for holding actions.
He is charged primarily with the fact that he published on the Internet calls for employees of courier services and taxis to protest against violations of their labor rights.
Kirill Ukraintsev was repeatedly found guilty under the “rally” article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses: in February 2021 he was arrested for 5 days, in March he was fined, and in September another 10 days of arrest. Which of these decisions became the basis for the criminal case is still unknown.
Couriers of the Delivery Club service, owned by Mail.ru Group, come up with a number of demands, including the abolition of the system of fines for unaccepted orders from other people’s work areas.
The trade union “Courier” began its activity in July 2020. Then a group of Moscow couriers of the Delivery Club food delivery service announced an indefinite strike.
