The shell hit a nine-story building, one person died as a result of the impact. On the night of June 27-28, according to Kim, 11 missiles were fired at the Nikolaev region. As a result of the shelling of Osakov, three people were killed, including a six-year-old girl.
“As a result of the strike, in some areas there is no water, gas, power supply and the Internet,” Kim said.
