From July 15, Russians will be able to visit Estonia and Finland for tourism purposes, this will no longer require “special reasons”. This was reported by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.

At the same time, RBC reports that the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow has resumed issuing visas in Russia. It was suspended from June 29 to July 1 due to the expulsion of Greek diplomats and the need to reorganize the work of the consulate.

Earlier today it became known that Russia from July 15 cancels all restrictions on crossing the border by land transport, introduced due to the coronavirus pandemic.

From July 14, restrictions on entry into Russia for foreign citizens through air and sea checkpoints will also be lifted.

The requirement for PCR tests for citizens of Belarus arriving by air in Russia is also cancelled.
