Konstantin Lakeev, against whom a criminal case was opened in connection with protests in support of Alexei Navalny in 2021, was transferred to an unknown destination for the second time in a month. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Arrested 212".
Lakeev was in SIZO No. 5 of Moscow "Vodnik", where he was transferred at the end of June from SIZO "Butyrka".
In December 2021, a 20-year-old TikToker, also known as Kostya Kyiv, was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in a colony. He was accused of damaging property out of hooligan motives (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code).
According to investigators, Lakeev threw snowballs at the FSB car and kicked it during a rally on January 23, 2021 in support of Alexei Navalny. He and several other young people with whom he jointly made a video for TikTok were detained by the FSB on the evening of January 26, 2021. The detainees became witnesses in the Lakeev case. Subsequently, two more defendants appeared in the case. One of them, juvenile Gleb Borisov, was sentenced on September 1 to a five-year suspended sentence for using force against a law enforcement officer and damaging property.
