Russian occupation “authorities” mobilize residents of Severodonetsk and Lysichansk – head of Luhansk region

The Russian occupation "authorities" are mobilizing among the inhabitants of the captured Severodonetsk and Lysichansk. This was told by the head of the Luhansk region Sergei Gaidai. According to him, this is how Russia conducts the rotation of military personnel:

"How does this happen? A man is invited to work, for example, in a water utility, and a few days later he receives a summons instead of the first money. It is called "new homeland". At the expense of Severodonetsk and Lisichan, the enemy is trying to overcome the resistance of the Ukrainian fighters in order to complete at least some task.”

On July 2, the “LPR” authorities and the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov , announced that Lisichansk was “completely surrounded” by Russian and “LPR” forces. On July 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Ukrainian troops had been withdrawn from the city.

The capture of Severodonetsk by the Russian army became known at the end of June. This was announced by the mayor of the city Alexander Stryuk: “The city is completely under the occupation of the Russian Federation. They are trying to establish their own order there, they have appointed their own commandant, who is collecting some kind of asset there. The city is so destroyed that it will be difficult for people to cope with this situation.”

According to British intelligence, after the capture of Lisichansk, Russia will send forces to take control of the Donetsk region, most of which remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
