In Nizhny Tagil, it took a schoolboy with a disability 1.5 years to get a working laptop to replace the broken one he was given for winning a robotics competition. This is reported by the publications "Between the Lines" and "BezFormat" .

In December 2020, schoolboy Ivan Komkov, after winning the All-Russian competition among people with disabilities, received a prize from the Stroitel technical school in Yekaterinburg – a laptop. However, later it turned out that the computer was screwed up, and its case was covered with cracks.

The student turned to the technical school with a request to replace the computer, but they said that the laptop was new.

As a result, the student had to go to court, which ordered the technical school to replace the laptop. According to the media, as a result, the student will receive new equipment after a year and a half.
