Russia fired nearly 3,000 missiles at Ukraine during war – Zelensky

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has fired nearly 3,000 rockets into Ukraine. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about this at the Asian Leadership Conference in Seoul.

“2960 missiles as of this morning [July 13] – that’s how many Russia managed to launch at our cities. And the main target of missiles is civilian objects. This is a tactic. Russian tactics to drive people out of our cities and to make every Ukrainian feel fear of a terrorist state.”

On July 14, Russia attacked Vinnitsa. According to preliminary data, 3 Russian missiles hit the building with office space, the house of officers and nearby residential buildings also suffered from the strikes. The impact killed 20 people, including three children.

On June 27, Russian missiles hit a shopping mall in Kremenchug. There were over a thousand people there. The impact killed 18 people. Vladimir Putin, commenting on what happened, said that there was no terrorist attack in Kremenchug.

“Yes, there was no terrorist attack, no explosion. I was here, I don't know [details]. I know, and we have shown this many times from drones when they place weapons, strike systems, artillery, heavy equipment in residential areas, and elsewhere.”
