“Whatever Russia says and promises, it will find ways how not to fulfill it” – Zelensky about the shelling of the port in Odessa

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the attacks on the port in Odessa, calling them evidence that Russia is not keeping its promises. He is quoted by Reuters.

“This indicates only one thing: no matter what Russia says and promises, it will find ways how not to fulfill it. Geopolitically, with weapons, bloody or not, but she has several vectors, as she always acts, ”he said at a meeting with a delegation of the US Congress.

Odessa came under rocket fire the day after the signing of an agreement by Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN to facilitate the export of grain across the Black Sea. The parties have committed themselves not to strike at ships and port infrastructure.

Representatives of the Ukrainian air force said that the Kalibr missiles hit the place where the grain was stored, which was supposed to be exported, but later it became known that the granary was not damaged.
