The identities of representatives of the Ministry of Defense who “break” and recruit “refusenik” soldiers in the Wagner PMC in the Lugansk region have become known

The identities of representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense have become known, who “break” in the “special center” in the Luhansk region the Russian military who refused to fight in Ukraine, and recruit them into the Wagner PMC. Their names were confirmed to The Insider by the relatives of the soldiers and the contractors themselves.

One of them is Colonel Oleg Nicheporenko, deputy head of the 51st Air Defense Division (military unit 42352) for military-political work. He was identified in the photo by a soldier who managed to get out of the center. It was Nicheporenko, according to him, who recruited "refuseniks" in the Wagner PMC, offering to conclude contracts.

The second of the representatives of the Defense Ministry is a certain Lieutenant Colonel Tumanov, who himself introduces himself as a military man. The soldiers who continue to be held in the pit claim that Tumanov is the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Military Police, Lieutenant General Sergei Kuralenko.

On the eve it became known that the Russian military, who refused to fight in Ukraine, are being held in custody in the Luhansk region, beaten and forced to return to the front. As one of the soldiers who managed to get out of prison told The Insider, the fighters of the Wagner PMC and representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Colonel Nechiporenko and Lieutenant Colonel Tumanov, “break” people. However, the Russian military leadership denies any involvement in what is happening in Bryanka, saying that the Luhansk military is holding the contract soldiers.

At least 130 people are kept in the "special center" of Bryanka, people continue to be taken back to the front and new ones are brought in. The Insider published information about 17 of them. Among those who are actually being held in custody, there are also contractors. The father of one of them told The Insider that after three months of service, Russian contractors were promised a vacation and the opportunity to refuse to participate in hostilities. When they wrote refusals, they were detained and taken to the same Bryanka in the Lugansk region. They have been in custody for over a month now.
