The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) transferred to the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA) the assets of 19 Ukrainian companies controlled by Russia and its residents. It is reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
At the request of the Prosecutor General, the assets of Rostec, Rosneft, Gazprom, RUSAL, Rosatom, the HMS group, Tatneft and Russian banks were transferred to the state for a total amount of more than ₴7.75 billion (about $210,000). Thousands of real estate and movable property worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias were also transferred.
As Strana.ua writes , among the transferred real estate there are 80 different complexes: the Tourist and Druzhba hotels in Kiev, the Zhovten sanatorium in Koncha-Zaspa, Kuyalnik in Odessa, and Morshinsky in the Lviv region and "Polyana" in Transcarpathia, as well as the building in which the Kyiv Sport Club is located, etc.
In early July, local assets of Rosneft, Gazprom and Rosatom were seized in Ukraine, worth ₴2.1 billion (more than $71 million). At the initiative of the SBU, the corporate rights and real estate of 11 enterprises were arrested, the ultimate beneficiaries of which are the listed corporations. Also, the arrest was imposed on 46 properties belonging to them.
