The number of victims of the explosion at the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet rose to six, the majority had minor injuries

Six people were injured due to an explosion at the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev , the "governor" of the city, said.

“Two have moderate injuries, the rest have light injuries,” Razvozhaev said.

According to him, "there is no reason to panic," however, he specified that a decision would be made in the near future to increase the level of terrorist threat.

The day before, the press service of the fleet reported that "a low-power explosive device installed on a makeshift drone" had detonated on the territory of the headquarters, and assistance had already been provided to those injured from broken glass fragments.

The headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet is located in Sevastopol in the very center of the city on Voronin Street. Within walking distance from it are: the building of the city government, the legislature, the FSB, the prosecutor's office, three courts, the House of Officers, the House of Moscow, the main tourist sites and St. Vladimir's Cathedral.
