Near Belgorod, an armored personnel carrier with the letter “V” rammed a private house

In the village of Urazovo, Valuysky district, Belgorod region, an armored personnel carrier with the letter “V” crashed into a private house.

The media reported that the APC driver lost control. As a result of the collision, a wall collapsed near the house and part of the roof collapsed. According to Baza , a woman was in the house at that time. She was not injured and escaped with a slight fright. At the same time, local Telegram channels report that there were still victims, but they do not provide details.

The Belgorod region has become one of the regions of Russia most affected by the Kremlin's aggression in Ukraine. From there, rockets are fired at Kharkov (and at times receive return fire), and there is also a staging post for Russian troops before being sent to the war zone.

On August 3, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced that schools and kindergartens would be temporarily closed in five districts of the region, located in a five-kilometer border zone, and on September 1, children would be forced to go to institutions in other districts. Read about what the war looks like from the Russian side of the border and what locals think about it, the governor and their future, read in The Insider.
