The head of the occupying authorities of Kherson, Volodymyr Saldo, is in a coma. Baza writes that he could have been poisoned

The Russian-installed head of the so-called military-civilian administration (“CCA”) of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, was hospitalized in a Crimean hospital, put on a ventilator and put into a medically induced coma. Stroke and heart attack were not confirmed, doctors suspect that he could have been poisoned. This is reported by the Telegram channels Mash and Baza , citing sources.

The balance was delivered by air ambulance to the Semashko Clinic in Simferopol, to the Department of Neurosurgery, where people with a stroke usually go. Shortly before hospitalization, the official complained that he was suffering from complications after the coronavirus.

Doctors suspect that he could have been poisoned, writes Baza. Now his condition is assessed as extremely serious. Balance's analyzes were sent to toxicology for research, the results for the presence of poison in the body will be known in a couple of days. At the same time, doctors initially assumed a heart attack, because the official had similar symptoms, but the cardiogram did not confirm this. Stroke after CT was also not confirmed.

Crimean and Moscow doctors decided to urgently deliver Saldo by a special flight from Crimea to Moscow.

Ex-mayor of Kherson Volodymyr Saldo went over to the side of the Russian occupation forces and was appointed head of the regional "administration". On July 11, the "VGA" of the Kherson region announced the prevention of an assassination attempt on Saldo. According to the pro-Russian administration, thanks to the residents of Kherson, it was possible to detect and neutralize an improvised explosive device planted along the route of the official's car.

Information about the assassination attempt on Saldo appeared before, but he denied it. On June 14, Andrey Nemirovsky, a former People's Deputy, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that Vladimir Saldo's official car was blown up in Kherson. According to him, the pro-Russian official, along with the guards, were in the cabin at the time of the explosion. After that, Saldo denied the information about the explosion by posting a video on his Telegram channel. “The whole history of the Ukrainian government is built on such a lie. <…> We are now doing everything so that people living in the Kherson region do not feel this pressure from information channels. Do not wait, gentlemen, liars and provocateurs, ”he said.
