Mosvodokanal workers who came to rebuild the city of Shchastya, which is located above the Russian-controlled part of the Lugansk region, said that they did not conclude employment contracts with them and do not pay them a salary.

“We are appealing to the President of the Russian Federation with the help of resolving the problem with wages. When deciding to come to the restoration of the LPR, we did not even suspect that we could be deceived, given the public attention drawn to this problem, ”says an employee of Mosvodokanal in a video message.

To restore the occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russian authorities assign Russian “bosses” to the destroyed cities. So, St. Petersburg took “patronage” over Mariupol, and the cities of Zaporozhye region were assigned to the Novgorod and Penza regions. In addition, the Russian authorities send state employees from all over the country to work in the occupied territories.
