28-year-old Andrey Volobuev, a 28-year-old soldier of the border service of military unit 2391 (in the Kursk region), was blown up by a mine near the border village of Tetkino. This is reported by ASTRA, citing sources in the medical community.
Now the Russian border guard has been hospitalized with shrapnel wounds in the Glushkov Central District Hospital.
According to the source, the soldier was injured on August 14. Under what circumstances this happened is not specified.
In the Kursk region, damage to railways and power transmission towers has recently become more frequent.
