Kommersant: Triumph lingerie brand leaves Russia

The European lingerie manufacturer Triumph will close its stores in Russia until the end of the year, as it was unable to arrange supplies under the sanctions, Kommersant reports , citing a retail source.

According to the source, the company has already begun to stop the work of its stores, the last store will be closed until December 10.

Triumph International is an international lingerie manufacturer founded in 1886 in Germany. The company entered the Russian market in 1995. According to Kommersant's estimates, more than 40 stores of the company operate in Russian cities, and in recent years, Triumph has focused on sales through marketplaces.

In total, since February 24, after the start of the war against Ukraine, hundreds of companies have left Russia, including Microsoft, Netflix, McDonald's, Johnson & Johnson, H&M.
