The Ministry of Defense is going to issue land in the Crimea and the Moscow region to those who received awards for participating in the “special operation”

Those who received awards for participating in the war in Ukraine are planning to be given land in the Crimea and the Moscow region. A draft presidential decree on this has been published on the official portal of legal information, Mediazona noted.

The document states that military personnel and employees of a number of federal government agencies, as well as combat veterans, will be awarded. Land is planned to be issued as measures of "additional social support."

Military personnel participating in the invasion of Ukraine, FSB officers who “repelled armed provocations on the border”, as well as civilian specialists, in particular, doctors and builders, can receive the status of a combat veteran in Russia, Mediazona writes.
