The leadership of the Russian Railways (RZD) must recruit 10,000 employees to participate in the war against Ukraine. This was told by the executive director of the human rights organization "School of the conscript" Alexey Tabalov.
He published a document he received from representatives of the East Siberian Railway. It states that Vladimir Putin has set a quota for contract soldiers for large companies and corporations. Representatives of Russian Railways and their structures are required to hold campaigning conversations with employees.
All those who agree are promised a vacation without pay and the preservation of the workplace. They are also entitled to a one-time payment from the leadership of Russian Railways in the amount of 200 thousand rubles and the same from the Ministry of Defense immediately upon signing the contract.
Under the first contract, they promise a monthly salary of 300,000 rubles, as well as bonuses from 150,000 to 180,000 rubles. If the contract is concluded for the second time, the salary will be 200 thousand rubles, the bonuses are the same. After completing the service, the employee will be paid another salary and will be given a certificate of a participant in hostilities.
According to Tabalov, citing a source, Moscow HR managers must campaign constantly.
Recruitment of people to be sent to Ukraine is carried out throughout Russia. For example, the authorities of St. Petersburg are looking for contractors among the homeless. At the end of August, one of the shelters of the NPO Nochlezhka came to an official from the administration of the Frunzensky district of the city and offered to lay out recruitment leaflets.
