NSTU students are offered to serve under a contract in exchange for forgiveness of study debts – “Taiga.info”

2nd-4th year students of the Novosibirsk State Technical University are campaigning for contract service. In return, they are promised to forgive their student debts and delay their expulsion. It is reported by Taiga.info.

The university students themselves told the publication about the covert mobilization. Taiga writes that they provided the editors with a screenshot of messages from one of the leaders of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the National State Pedagogical University. He writes that he is ready to “provide additional support – to talk to problem teachers for such students.

The university confirmed to Taiga.info that they were indeed holding meetings between students and representatives of the Russian army, “dedicated to military service in scientific companies.” However, according to the source of the publication, this is done on an annual basis and there could be no talk of any bonuses for students.

Covert mobilization is taking place all over Russia. Not only in universities and public enterprises, but also, for example, among visitors to psychiatric dispensaries. The corresponding announcement was found on the website of the St. Petersburg PND No. 2. However, it is not known who owns such an initiative – the medical institution refused to comment on The Insider and hung up.
