“Our governor pays 210 thousand rubles. We divide three times, and it comes out 70 thousand each, ”a source in the military commissariat of Bryansk told The Insider. This is a payment provided by local authorities within three months from the date of entry into military service.

In the Bryansk Commissariat, The Insider's interlocutor was told: “If you are a sniper, then we will send you to a nominal battalion in the Bryansk region at the base of the reconnaissance battalion in Nizhny Novgorod, the dispatch will be on Saturday. You can go on your own, you can take the bus and you will go.” If a soldier is wounded, they promise to pay 3 million rubles, and in the event of his death, relatives receive 14 million rubles.
