Yandex became the owner of the Delivery Club delivery service, according to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
VK and Yandex entered into a non-monetary deal: VK transfers the Delivery Club delivery service to Yandex, and in return receives the News and Zen services.
According to TASS, after the closing of the deal, Delivery Club and Yandex.Food will switch to a single technological platform, while maintaining separate brands. The transaction is scheduled to close by the end of 2022.
