Kadyrov said he was “ready to explain the situation on earth” to the Russian authorities if they do not change their strategy in Ukraine

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that "mistakes were made" in the Russian Defense Ministry and promised to "return" Balakleya, Kupyansk and Izyum. He spoke about this in a voice message posted on his Telegram channel.

According to Kadyrov, he does not consider himself a strategist "of the same level as the Ministry of Defense", but he promised to take matters into his own hands:

“If changes are not made today or tomorrow in the strategy for conducting a special operation, I will have to contact the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the leadership of the country in order to explain to them the situation that is really there on the ground. The situation is very interesting, it’s a really awesome situation – the fact that they left there, gave away several cities and villages, this also has its pluses.”

Kadyrov said that about 10,000 more Chechen fighters were ready to leave for Kharkov. He promised that in the near future they will reach Odessa, and "NATO shaitans, Western and European intelligence services, their weapons will be suppressed by the spirit of our fighters."

In addition, the head of Chechnya invited Russian military correspondents to visit him. He promised them to "defuse the situation" and "thoroughly discuss" what patriotism is. On September 10, pro-Kremlin military correspondents and Z-bloggers were one of the main sources of information about the situation at the front. True, in their messages there were not only military reports, but also perplexity about the surrender of the cities of the Kharkov region and the "regrouping" of Russian troops.
