The largest Ferris wheel in Europe has been closed in Moscow. The day after it was solemnly opened by Putin

The 140-meter Ferris wheel "The Sun of Moscow", which Vladimir Putin solemnly opened at VDNKh the day before, was closed to visitors. The Telegram channel "Beware of Moscow" published a video in which an employee of the attraction explains that the wheel does not work due to "calibration in the system."

Visitors who had already bought tickets were offered to return them or come another day.

Later, the press service of the attraction stated that the wheel would work with restrictions "due to the high number of people who want to ride." We have changed the way we sell tickets for the Sun of Moscow because of the enormous hype that has arisen. In order to provide everyone with a decent level of visiting the attraction, we will soon implement the so-called slot sale system, that is, the number of tickets for a certain time will be limited. In the future, we will increase these slots, and when the flow of guests returns to normal, we will return to the usual sales system, ”the management company explained.

Muscovites complained that the wheel stopped several times on the first day of work and people hovered at a height of 140 meters.
