Kadyrov said that Chechen units returned to the war in Ukraine

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov , said that Chechen units returned to Ukraine to take part in the war on the side of Russia.

He published a video on his Telegram channel in which State Duma deputy and his closest associate Adam Delimkhanov is surrounded by Chechen military and says that they have arrived in the Kherson region. Delimkhanov declares that he is ready to fulfill any order of Vladimir Putin.

“We will advance along the entire front line of the Donetsk People's Republic, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Kharkov regions. Everywhere. And we will liberate Ukraine, there is no doubt,” Delimkhanov says.

As Kadyrov writes, the Chechen "elite fighters" returned from "the rest provided by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief", which they went after they took part in the occupation of Mariupol, Severodonetsk, Lysichansk, Popasnaya and other cities of Ukraine.

Earlier, the head of Chechnya said that “mistakes were made” in the Russian Defense Ministry and promised to “return” Balakleya, Kupyansk and Izyum:

“If changes are not made today or tomorrow in the strategy for conducting a special operation, I will have to contact the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the leadership of the country in order to explain to them the situation that is really there on the ground. The situation is very interesting, just an awesome situation.”
